Herefordshire have recently (April 2011) changed the regulations for the Concessionary Fares Scheme - the blanket statement is as follows - the pass is not valid for travel before 09.30 Monday - Friday (as of Monday 28th March 2011) however

1. this only applies to passengers travelling on an English Pass.

2. this new regulation does not affect passengers travelling on a Welsh Pass - Welsh Pass holders can continue to travel on any eligible service before 09.30 Monday - Friday.

3. For English pass holders travelling before 09.30 - they only need to pay a fare to the point in the journey where the scheduled time reaches 09.30 eg on the 09.25 to Kington - they would be required to pay to Titley. (full single adult fare)

4. Lugg Valley are offering on the 493 service to Leominster at 09.10 a special 'half adult fare' for English Pass Holders and this would only have to be purchased Presteigne to Kingsland.

Currently we cannot provide timetables to Birmingham, Aberystwyth, Shrewsbury, Abergavenny, Aberystwyth, Brecon, Carmarthen, and Hay on Wye, as they have been recently changed and we are attempting to obtain the correct current information to make up new timetables.
